Callegari provides manufacturers of skin treatments and aesthetic and beauty professionals a range of user-friendly solutions for evaluating key skin tests. These solutions include melanin and phototype evaluation through the Mini2 FX, a professional device that instantly measures skin melanin content using reflectance photometry. It also calculates phototype based on a questionnaire that adheres to a widely recognized and scientifically validated classification.

The DEVICE

Professionals benefit from a powerful scientific tool that has diverse applications, such as measuring melanin levels and phototype before aesthetic treatments and recommending the most suitable products based on a customer’s skin melanin content.

By measuring melanin values with the Mini2 FX, professionals can track the progress of the application of skin care products and treatments.

FAST AND ACCURATE RESULTS

To obtain a melanin reading, simply press the sensor against the skin. Once the melanin content is displayed, a QR code is generated  and scanned to complete the questionnaire for phototype calculation according to a scientifically recognized classification.

This process helps correlate melanin levels with phototype, providing operators with comprehensive data to determine whether skin melanin content is low, normal, or high for the identified phototype.

By using the Mini2 FX, the analysis becomes more precise, leading to more effective and tailored product and treatment recommendations that address the actual needs of the skin.
