The tasks and responsibilities required of the resource will be the following:

• Search on corporate portals and databases for leads and prospects;

• Cold Calling and 'first contact' management;

• Data analysis and creation of commercial presentations;

• Support in managing contacts in areas and sectors of expertise through telephone contacts, emails, conference calls, visits to customers or potential customers;

• Support in reporting the activity carried out through CRM and verbally and/or via email;

• Support in organizing the network of distributors and existing customers, searching for new potential customers;

• Support in the organization and training of distributors and customers in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Sales Technician;

• Support in verifying the correct execution of the commercial and sales policies assigned to distributors;

Callegari S.r.l., is a company based in Parma (PR) that deals with the design and production of electromedical devices and devices for aesthetic use research:

n. 1 quality assurance specialist within the technical department

The resource will be included in the Quality and Regulatory team and will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the ISO 9001 Standard, ISO 13485 and Regulation 2017/746 (IVDR)

The QA Specialist will be responsible for:

• Ensure that the Quality System is effectively implemented in accordance with ISO 13485 and internal procedures and ensure that the finished product is released in accordance with mandatory requirements;

• Create and update the documentation of the Quality Management System;

• Manage and monitor the progress of non-compliances and CAPA plans;

• Analyze Complaints with the Departments involved to maintain compliance with the Quality Management System;

• Collaborate in the management of process validations;

• Collaborate in the qualification process and periodic monitoring of supplier performance in order to guarantee high quality standards;

• Participate and collaborate in the management of audits (internal and external) conducted in accordance with reference standards (ISO 13485, CE Marking);

• Collect, analyze and monitor KPIs;

PREFERENTIAL Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a medical device manufacturing company (preferably electromedical devices);

• Experience in Quality System Management in accordance with ISO 13485;

• Good knowledge of Regulation 2017/746 (IVDR);

• Excellent knowledge of the English language;

• Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);

• Excellent interpersonal and team working skills, proactivity and curiosity, methodicality, organizational and problem solving skills are required;

• Degree in scientific or technical disciplines is preferred.
